We arrived in the small town of Pichi Huinca with enormous enthusiasm to collaborate withSchool Home No. 156, a valuable institution with 120 students, of whom 50 remain in the schoolfor the entire week. We were welcomed affectionately by the authorities and teachers, as wellas parents and students.
In an emotional opening ceremony, we provided the school with networked computers, a laserprinter, a fully equipped laboratory so that students can carry out better research projects, various literature books, toys, table-tennis and table-football tables, garden furniture, tents andsleeping bags so that children can enjoy a different experience, such as going camping.
